I wonder if they would do that with the VIP as well- I have no idea. Although a taxi for a couple would be slightly more economical, the VIP's extra cost is really not that much more plus, you get a wonderful RT riding experience out of it rather than in a grungy taxi. I called purposely so everything would run smooth & it did. However, I immediately called customer service (after booking) to confirm that my pickup return would be from The Cosmo & the Rep. In regard to using two different hotels, when I booked the service I indicated my hotel drop off point would be Bally's & in the comment box, I entered instructions that I was to be picked up at The Cosmo for my return back to McCarron. prior to both your day of arrival & departure. An e-mail confirmation is sent to you 24-hrs. The service must be booked online in advance. The fleet used is through Presidential Limo, of which Bell Trans also owns. The drivers have always been extremely professional & the cars extremely spotless. My rides have either been in a Lincoln Town Car, Chrysler 300 &/or in a stretch Limo (either a Lincoln Town Car or a Chrysler 300, both with soft-blue rope lighting) sharing only once, the Lincoln Town Car limo. But the driver dropped me off at my hotel first before them. So far only once had I had to share the car (one way) with another couple who were to stay at a resort next door. trip, which I believe will be the fifth time using this RT service. ![]() I began using the Bell Trans VIP Service last year & have always been very pleased with the service. ^Only once have I not had to wait on arrival as there was a Town car at the curb. I know you didn't ask this but I tip $10 each way and so far I have never had to share the ride. They will call or text you when they arrive at your hotel to pick you up. My last trip they did not ask for the printed confirmations but did ask for the individual ones before that, so I print both now. There is a place for comments when booking but I also use 2 hotels and just call the toll free number and verify that they have the correct information. I usually have to wait a few minutes on arrival for them to dispatch a car but they are normally early for pickup so I head to the desk outside to check in and see if they are there yet. Cars are very clean, drivers are friendly and it is overall a much nicer experience. I usually travel solo and have gotten a Town car all but once when they sent an Escalade. I've used this my last 3 or 4 trips to Vegas.
